THE LANDSCAPE & ARCHITECTURE IN
HARMONY WITH THE PARK
The project aims to recreate an outdoor space easily identifiable and suitable by students, teachers, and by the inhabitants of the neighborhood on the site.
THE LANDSCAPE WALK LINKS
THE TWO ESPLANADES
The whole site is surrounded by a loop in the center of the existing forest, so as to minimize the impact on the site and siteworks and to keep a historical trace of the existing forest that connects the street and the new district. The esplanades offer two circulations: bike lanes and pedestrian walking.
THE MINERAL COURT
The mineral court is used as a large common terrace for all school building group.
It hosts covered mineral surfaces and give the idenetity of «GATES» to the gymnasium and college.
BOISEMENT STRUCTURANT – CORDON BOISE
Plantation of a series of tress give the visual structure to the park and allow to delimit the different spaces. These dense plantations create spaces at sports court, delimit the school yards space, protect the boundaries and peripheries.
THE GREEN TO THE PARK – THE NEW LANDSCAPES
The two large green flows descend from the west to the east of the existing park to the new district of Fiches district.
